Miss My Dish is a community for finding food that tastes like home. By using the app or website (the “service”), operated by YC Soft Ltd, you agree to these terms.
You need an account to post stories, reviews, and place suggestions. Keep your sign-in method secure — you’re responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 to use the service.
You own the stories, reviews, photos, and other content you post. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and share that content within the service — that’s what lets us show your story on a dish page or in search results. You can delete your content at any time, which ends this licence except for copies needed for moderation or legal compliance.
Only post content you have the right to share, and keep it honest: reviews and authenticity ratings should reflect your real experience.
Don’t use the service to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or spam; don’t impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with a restaurant; and don’t post fake reviews, whether to promote or to harm a business. Don’t attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it, or access it in unauthorised ways.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Content may be held for review before appearing publicly. You can report content that concerns you from within the app or by emailing info@missmydish.com.
Dish availability, opening hours, prices, and authenticity signals are contributed by the community and can be out of date or wrong. We don’t verify them and they are not advice. If you have a food allergy or dietary requirement, always confirm directly with the restaurant before ordering.
We provide the service “as is” and don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
You can stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be flagged in the app and reflected in the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Questions about these terms: info@missmydish.com.
